Zero Halliburton Luggage Warranty

Zero offers their Zero Risk Protection Warranty on the Z-flex polycarbonate luggage. The warranty covers damage caused by an airline or common carrier for the life of your ownership. Save your proof of purchase receipt. If your luggage fails or is broken, the repairs are free of charge. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to the repair center. The Zero risk protection covers the repair of functional components on the luggage. Contents of the bag are not covered. Zero Halliburton urges you to place a claim for damage when caused by common carriers. This warranty covers luggage purchased in North America. It does not cover cosmetic wear, cleaning, normal wear and tear, theft, blemishes or stains. Other collections such as their aluminum zerollers are covered by their Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers manufacturers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover wear and tear, scratches, abrasions, dents, misuse or airline or common carrier damage. Component parts will show wear after use and these are not covered under the warranty. Place a claim immediately with common carriers when damage occurs to your luggage.
