Travelpro luggage is covered by their Limited Lifetime Warranty. If there is a defect in material or workmanship, Travelpro will repair or replace your luggage at their expense. You will need your proof of purchase and you will responsible for shipping costs. The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship and does not cover damage caused by abuse, mishandling, accidental damage, inappropriate selection, or carelessness by a common carrier such as an airline. Your bag may over the course of handling suffer from abrasions, cuts, scratches, dents or soil and that is not covered under the warranty. Repairs can often be done at a nominal charge. Components such as wells, bumper feet, will also show wear with use and tat is not covered under the warranty. Travelpro advises you to report any damage caused by a common carrier such as an airline immediately to the baggage service. This is the responsibility of the carrier and must be claimed immediately when the damage occurs.
Travelpro Platinum luggage is covered by their "worry free" warranty. They will do airline repairs at no charge on this luggage collection only. Since, a bag cannot always be put back in perfect shape, you may want to place a claim for airline or cruiseline damage also.
