Packing Lipault Luggage

There are certain guidelines when packing soft-sided luggage like Lipault. There is no hard frame around the bag. However, you want to pack the suitcase differently then you would pack Delsey or Travelpro that has a hard frame. Begin by packing clothing in the bottom. You can also pack the bottom with cubes filled with underwear, pajamas, sweaters, etc. In the center you want to place your shoes and toiletries. Use shoe covers or plastic to protect your clothing from soil from your shoes. Pack the toiletries in plastic wrap and then place them in a plastic lined case. Because baggage is not pressurized, bottles and jars have a tendency to open. The double bagging will prevent accidents and spills. After you have packed your shoes and toiletries, continue packing your clothing. The clothes will "cushion" your shoes and toiletries. Soft sided Lipault luggage has many advantages!
