McKlein USA Warranty

McKlein USA Warranty: There is a Limited Lifetime Warranty on Most McKlein products. They will cover the damage to your item caused by a defect in the workmanship or quality of the materials. They hold the right to either repair or replace the item. The McKlein warranty does not cover harm resulting from abuse, neglect, improper handling or common carrier damage. Ordinary wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. Moving parts such as wheels, handles and mechanical parts are covered under their one year warranty.

Limited One Year Warranty: McKlein's P and L series and attache cases are protected. Coverage includes moving parts such as wheels, handles and mechanical parts. Damage related to defective material or poor workmanship, exclusive of wear and tear, is also covered. They hold the right to either repair or replace the product. The McKlein warranty does not include harm resulting from abuse, neglect or improper handling by common carrier services.
