There are no deliveries on Monday Dec. 25. Please check the chart below to ensure your preferred shipping method will get your package to you before Dec. 24. Keep in mind that deliveries are slower now then before. Some deliveries may require a signature. Order verification delays and events beyond our control - such as severe winter storms - may delay the delivery of your order. If you need delivery sooner, or are ordering after Dec. 8th, please indicate in the comment section which FedEx / UPS option you would like and we'll advise if extra charges need to be added or call us at 1.888.584.4968 because additional charges MAY NOT need to be added. This year, FedEx & UPS won't guarantee that your packages will arrive on time, especially after Dec. 12th. If you do not want expedited shipping, your order will ship FedEx / UPS Ground, Free Of Charge!

Holiday Shipping & Returns

Online Holiday gifts/merchandise purchased on or after November 27th - You must call
(1-888-584-4968) or email us at villugg@comcast.net by January 7th for return or exchange. It must be unused in original packaging without monogramming. Of course, monogrammed luggage tag is yours to keep and does not impact returns. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. *You will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number & Shipping Instructions from us. Without a Return Authorization number, all returns will be refused.
