Claire Chase Warranty

Claire Chase luggage and briefcases are covered by a three year limited warranty. This covers manufacturing defects only. You will be responsible for shipping charges and you will need your receipt. If you have purchased your Claire Chase from www.luggageontheweb.com, we can furnish you with a duplicate receipt. This warranty does not cover airline, cruiseline, or common carrier damage. It does not cover abuse, cosmetic damage or accidents. Be sure to make an immediate claim with the carrier if your luggage is damaged.
